Wow. How scared IS our neighbor to the south?
I can see it now:
It was horrible! He dropped this brown leather device (wallet) and got off the train! I knew immediately he was going to kill us all!
...Hours later the bomb squad 'defused' the wallet. The man who lost it was dissapointed to find that he faced criminal charges leading to two separate five-year sentences. One in jail, and one in a lineup at the DMV waiting for a new driver's license to replace the one destroyed by the bomb squad.

Laptop Key Replacement

I spent quite a while looking for this. Here's one more chance for the next person searching to land on it.
I lost the C key on my toshiba R10. The much less used right alt key served as a suitable replacement.
Laptop keys are a pain in the ass. The ones on my laptop are made up of four pieces. Thankfully, unless you've broken them, three of those start off (and can stay) together even when swapping keys.
To get the upper key off, pry off the corners closest to the screen first, then just pull it off. It is sort of hooked in at the bottom but not tightly. Prying from the bottom first will result in you snapping some hardware and needing a

Lots going on...
Lab work continues through the school year, returned to taekwondo, taken up kayaking (currently in a pool, hopefully on some whitewater this summer), volunteering with Big Brothers and Students for Literacy, finished the MCAT (waitint on results), Midterms on the way, date set for the wedding (July 28 '07) and more. Phew! That's a lot of news. Both of my readers must be thrilled.
Everything goes fairly well at the moment. The camera has been repaired with parts from a dead camera off of Ebay so I might even have more pictures soon!
That's really about all I have to write at the moment. And now there will be sleep.
